Refund & Replacement Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or cash refunds for change of mind or accidental orders.

1. Defects (Our Responsibility)

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at WyldflowerApothecary@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect.

Our Process: Upon review and validation of the defect, we will provide a resolution at our sole discretion (this may include a replacement or store credit).

2. Shipping Damage (USPS Responsibility)

Wyldflower Apothecary is not liable for items damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure safe delivery.

If your package arrives damaged due to rough handling by the postal service:

  • Please contact USPS directly to file a domestic indemnity claim.

  • You will need your tracking number and photos of the damaged packaging/contents to complete their process.

3. Exclusions

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after the delivery timestamp.
