Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Liability (USPS)

Wyldflower Apothecary is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once your order is scanned in by USPS, the carrier assumes all responsibility for the safe delivery of your items.

  • Damaged in Transit: If you received your order damaged due to carrier handling, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. You must contact USPS directly to file an indemnity claim.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Wyldflower Apothecary is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the item.
