5. All Sales Final & Refund Policy

All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that Wyldflower Apothecary does not offer returns, exchanges, or cash refunds for "change of mind," accidental orders, or items damaged in transit.

  • Manufacturing Defects: We only provide resolutions (at our sole discretion) for verified manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for items damaged or lost by the carrier. Damage caused during transit must be addressed by filing a claim directly with USPS.

6. Errors and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
